[BlueOnyx:20466] Initial Response Time seems slow

I'm working on a site for myself on a 5208R.

Long story short, it appears that the initial response time (the first
byte) is rather slow. Once the connection is made things are pretty
quick, but that initial connection seems to be an issue.

I realize that's a tad vague. On the disclaimer I'm not pitching my
services to anyone here, the site is at synchronizedconsulting.com.
