[BlueOnyx:20559] MariaDB problem with 127.0.0.1

I have done a few 5208 to 5209 migrations a few different ways and on each
one I am unable to access any MariaDB databases via 127.0.01. Only localhost
will work.

 

Has anyone else encountered this? Any idea how to fix it?
