[BlueOnyx:21078] Cannot add users this morning!

Hmmm ...

This morning we cannot add users to our 5209R server. Was fine yesterday and the only yum update has been the dovecot.
When I try and save I get this on the GUI:

"Sorry, the data entered in the field name is invalid ..."

This from the log:

Double checked entries and all looks fine. It is not like I haven't done this before!!
