Indeed. It should be part of BOPE, too. If it isn't already, then we'll
fix that. Many thanks for pointing it out!

As for deprecating Dfix2: Someone might have it and might love it or
might even be putting it to uses that we didn't expect. So no: We're not
deprecating it.
