I just published an updated base-subdomain for 5209R to the YUM
repositories. To get your subdomain working, you can either delete and
re-add the subdomain, or toggle CGI off and back on for the actual Vsite.

It should then make the appropriate changes to allow CGI-Scripts for
subdomains. Both for scripts within the cgi-bin of the subdomain as well
as for scripts that directly reside either in the DocumentRoot of the
subdomain or subdirectories of the subdomain.
