[BlueOnyx:21067] Max: 8,192KiB issue

Hi,

Having problems uploading large sized files.

I made changes in /etc/php.ini, /etc/admserv/php.ini and my.cnf but 
phpmyadmin still have Max: 8,192KiB and of course error message says:
'You probably tried to upload a file that is too large. Please refer to 
documentation for a workaround for this limit.'

post max size and max size of upload file set to 256M
max execution and input time set to 300
memory_limit set to 512M

Build 5209R
phpmyadmin version: 4.7.1

Where else should I make changes?
