I wrote:

I just published an updated base-swupdate for 5207R, 5208R and 5209R
which does this. That update itself will not restart any network facing
services.

During future YUM updates our YUM-Plugin will run Swatch before exiting,
provided there was a BlueOnyx RPM in the set of updates that requested a
CCEd restart or rehash.
