Quick response for everyone here.

Firstly, there was a router upgrade for the NewLinQ infrastructure a few days ago. There were a few teething issues during the migration, but those are already resolved a while back.

The new router has some UTM capabilities, which are finding and blocking a lot of nasties before they get to the server infrastructure. I’ve done a few tweaks here and there - but overall, those should not have impacted newlinq.

However, I have been monitoring some unusual behaviour on the main Aventurine hypervisor. For example, I saw that syslog had crashed. This was nothing that appeared to be affecting NewLinQ - but for the sake of my sanity, I bounced the physical server.

Form my perspective, things look good. The server has lower load than ever, the UTM is doing its job, and everything looks normal.

If anyone is having issues - please report at support.compassnetworks.com.au <http://support.compassnetworks.com.au/>
