I just published an updated base-apache which fixes this issue.

To fix all affected Vsites use the same procedure: Simply save any Vsite
related changes in the GUI.

To fix all Vsites in one go: "Server Management" / "Security" / "PHP
Settings" and modify *something*. Like "Memory Limit", "Upload Max File
Size" or something else and hit "Save".
