You no doubt have some symbols in your password that are no longer acceptable to 5209R since the update.
Go to the CLI and change the admin password there and it will work:

# passwd admin
Changing password for user admin.
New password: 
Retype new password: 
passwd: all authentication tokens updated successfully.

    Hi,
    
    I've been running 5209R for about a year.  I got behind on updates for 
    awhile, got up to date on them about a week ago, and have not been able 
    to login via the GUI since.  The login screen just shows the loading 
    bars for a moment and then shows me the login screen again.  I am using 
    the correct credentials.  I can login in from the console without 
    issue.  I've tried rebooting and I've tried changing the passwords, but 
    still can't login via the GUI.  This happens in Chrome and Firefox.
