[BlueOnyx:21869] GUI Login issue for user admin (5209R)

Hello,

I have the issue at one 5209R server that user admin cannot at the Blueonyx GUI.
After entering the correct usernamen admin and the correct password the login prompt come back.
Message in /var/log/secure

secure:Mar 21 09:50:51 server2 cced(smd)[18823]: pam_unix(cced:auth): authentication failure; logname= uid=0 euid=0 tty= ruser= rhost=  user=admin

message in /var/log/messages

Mar 21 10:00:05 server2 cced(smd)[20954]: client 0:[49:18819]: AUTH to user "admin" failed

ssh with admin is working.
All other user can login via GUI.
passwd admin did not help.

ccedclient is working

/usr/sausalito/bin/cceclient
100 CSCP/0.99
200 READY
auth admin "_topsecret_"

I did restart cced.init. I did reboot the server. 
I do not have an idea where to look for the issue.
