I need to start migrating everything to 5209R really but was waiting for the new EasyMigrate ... 
        
    It's possible that you have the Epel repository enabled and it's trying
    to fetch some newer files from there, which then collide with what's
    already installed.

I don't usually enable any non BX repositories but that sounds like it doesn't it?
I will check and if need be disable it.
