What happened here is that the Vsite www.pacificisledelivery.com wasn't
created properly. As a result it also failed to import user "sbeals",
who is probably from that Vsite. But without the Vsite being there he
cannot be imported.

Yes. Please check /home/cmu/cmu.log as it indeed might have more
information about the reason why this failed.
