[BlueOnyx:23094] SMTPAuth problem

I have a user whose account was hacked to SPEW spam out. I have changed the
password but the SPAM keeps coming. Is the password cached anywhere or is
there a process I need to restart?

 

I cannot figure out how to stop this and it is driving me crazy.
