I would have expected that GMT would have been bumped to BST by the NTP server but no, when set to "(GMT +0:00) Greenwich Mean Time : Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London"  on the GUI it sets time as

[root at neptune ~]# date
Thu Aug 22 08:00:28 UTC 2019

This is an hour behind. ☹
