PHP-7.3.2 PKGs have now been released for 5107R, 5108R, 5207R, 5208R and
5209R.

Please make sure to run "yum clean all" and "yum update" before you
install them, as they *require* the latest "solarspeed-ioncube" RPM that
was uploaded to YUM on Saturday.
