    this seems to be a control-record for a SSL-Cert, you can create a 
    normal cname-record. This works for us.

Tried that (adding via the GUI) but it won't allow underscore characters ... this was why I decided it needed adding to the include (like we do with O365 records).

Not sure what the problem is but when I put this in the include file named won't start! (
