[BlueOnyx:23020] yum update 5108R to 5208R problem

I was trying to upgrade a 5108R tto 5208R thru yum, went well on 4 other serveres but the last one has a few complains

I did read a post about updating MySQL 5.5.34 to 5.5.54

my server has a active BlueOnyx Enterprise Edition (BOEE) license, but the "third party software" nor the "third party updates" list has no newer MySQL pkg accessible
in  "installed software" I have "MySQL	5.5.34-3	Solarspeed.net	MySQL-5.5.34 for BlueOnyx."

How to overcome this so I can get yum working again?
