[BlueOnyx:23271] AWStats License verification error

I have a BOPE at Virtbiz. When my client attempted to get her AWStats from
September, she received this message:

"License verification error: Unable to connect to NewLinQ to verify your
license and subscription status. Please make sure that your server can
connect to NewLinQ or contact BlueOnyx support for assistance."

I duplicated it. AWStats is listed as an installed program. Otherwise the
server is fine.

"NewLinQ - Connection Status" produces:
"Please contact BlueOnyx support to request a manual server IP-address
resync."

How can this be fixed, please?
