Sorry. My mistake. You already do have "xorg-x11-drv-ati-firmware"
installed and it's now trying to install "vzkernel-firmware".

Try to remove "xorg-x11-drv-ati-firmware" first:

rpm -e xorg-x11-drv-ati-firmware

If that fails for whatever reason, then please tell me the exact error
message so that I can see what RPM required xorg-x11-drv-ati-firmware to
be present.
