[BlueOnyx:23380] easy migrate config missing elements

Hello,

Easy migrate allows one to migrate the server config with the --config 
option. I notice that some elements are not imported on the destination 
server (at least when migrating from 5209R to 5210R).

The 'missing' elements I notice are the one at the option:
- Maintenance / Server Desktop
- Network Services / Email / Blacklisting

I don't know if this is a bug or working as designed?
