There we go. Could you please run the following command as shown? That's
all in one line:

/usr/sbin/jk_init -j /home/.sites/site1 -k basicshell editors
extendedshell netutils ssh sftp scp jk_lsh pico id logbasics

Please let me know the error message you get. Most likely it's a
permission or ownership thing.
