[BlueOnyx:23784] APF problem

I am having a problem with the APF firewall package and I was hoping someone
could help.

 

I have one customer who has a lot of email users (over 100) and even though
I whitelist their IP in APF it keeps getting auto removed. It appears that
it is due to Fail2Ban sendmail-reject. How can I change the limits that
trigger that Fail2Ban rule so it does not remove the APF whitelist entry?
