That issue means Systemd has disconnected from D-Bus. With that
happening pretty much everything Systemd related is toast. It's then
impossible to restart services or even reboot, because /sbin/reboot is
just an alias for a Systemd shortcut that does the reboots.

Restart the CT from the Aventurin{e} GUI or login to the node by SSH as
"root" and run "list" to see a list of CTs and their "Name" or "UUID".

Then issue "prlctl restart <NAME>" or "prlct restart <UUID>" to restart
the desired CT.
