[BlueOnyx:24197] 5210R recommendations

Some guidance please.

We have just gone live with our first 5210R CT.
It has one live website so far and the customer’s website designer is complaining that it is slow compared to their test server.
What would be the recommended initial spec for

CPU units
Ram
Swap
