[BlueOnyx:24579] admserv login problem

I have a problem I can work out why it is happening with one vsite on a new 5210R server.
There are 3 vsites on the server two of them work ok the 3rd. one is the
problem.

If a user tries to login to the admserv using:
 http://www.example.com/login, they get redirected to:
 https:/www.example.com:444/login  which is invalid because 444 is not the https port. 

I have tried in multiple browsers all with the same result. I thought it
might be their .htaccess doing the redirection, so I removed that, no
difference.

I noticed that the problem vsite has it's own static IP address, the other
2 vsites, which are working correctly, share the servers IP address.

Could the static IP be the login problem? If so is there a fix?
