That's in "Server Management" / "Maintenance" / "Server Desktop".

Set "GUI access protocols" to "HTTPS only" and tick the checkbox for
"Redirect to Server-Name".

That way any GUI access is redirected to https://<server-name>:81/...

It then doesn't matter if someone initially accesses the GUI via
http(s)://<Vsite>/login or http(s)://<IP>/login - it then all goes
straight to https://<server-name>:81/ instead.
