That's with the newest AV-SPAM 7.1.10-1 installed?

Hmmm. I smell a race condition in the Systemd Unit-File. There is an
ExecStartPost call in it that runs a chown on the socket. Apparently
this is triggered before the socket is fully up.

I just published a fix and released AV-SPAM 7.1.11-1. Please try that
and see if it fixes your issue.
