With the AV-SPAM AV-SPAM 7.1.11-1 installed, please try to manually
restart milter-geoip:

systemctl restart milter-geoip

Then check who owns /var/run/milter-geoip.sock like this:

ls -als /var/run/milter-geoip.sock

If your MTA is Postfix, then the socket is owned by user "postfix" and
group "postfix". If your MTA is Sendmail, then it should be owned by
"root" and "root" instead.
