It depends on how you purchased the package.  If you take the time to 
read the offering in the Shop, you'll see that you have various options 
when making your purchase:

With 30 days of updates and support
With 1 year of updates and support
Maintenance Renewal - Extend existing expiry date by 365 days
Current version, No updates, No support. Community forum support only.

If you bought the "Current version, No updates, No support" then you get 
exactly that.    Or you can purchase the length of ongoing updates and 
support that suit your needs.

If you are looking for ALL of your packages to always have the latest 
versions available, then you might want to look into the BlueOnyx 
Professional Edition subscription.
