Quota Check for all sites (groups) and only list them that are over quota:

for i in $(repquota -gsa | grep + | awk  '{print $1}') ; do ls -la /home/sites | grep $i; done

Correct. Or if you want to see quotas of all users from the command line you can use this:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/get_quotas.pl
