[BlueOnyx:24098] PHP error

On a 5209R, we have a WordPress customer who complains of updates not 
completing on screen but they find completed when waiting and opening a 
new tab. I had enabled DEBUG in WP and found this in the log below 
around the time of the last report. You can see their cache plugin is 
causing the error. Do I need to do something with the web settings for 
this vsite?
