[BlueOnyx:24111] ionCube on PHP 7.4

Hi all,

I was just looking to load up PHP 7.4 on one of our production sites but 
when I did so, the site errored out due to IonCube loader missing.   Can 
we confirm if this is intentional, or if I've just missed something?
