[BlueOnyx:23770] Owncloud

Guys

I have three instances of Owncloud that I installed on different 5209R servers. Each of them have a warning that (1) Transactional File Locking  should be configured and (2) No memory cache has been configured - please configure a memcache.

I presume configuring these would increase performance and if so, can anyone advise how I go about this please?
