[BlueOnyx:24453] 5209R/5210R: MariaDB Backup/Restore

Hi all,

A new feature has been added to 5209R/5210R.

We just published updated "base-mysql" RPMs to the YUM repositories of
BlueOnyx 5209R and 5210R.

This update grants users with the privilege "siteAdmin" and above the
ability to backup, restore, up- and download SQL dumps of all MariaDB
SQL databases under their management.

The below screenshot shows how this looks in the Virtual Site Management
in the menu entry "MariaDB".
