One thing I should point out for those people having trouble with helo
and fqdn checks in postfix.

They should only be used on port 25 ie when talking MTA to MTA

Clients should be using the submission port 587 to connect to the BX server, and
that port should not have any helo checks, or fqdn checks enabled because
they have already passed authentication.
