Not a solution, but: Why dont you start with a fresh install instead, preferably 5210R?

I am trying to clean off an old BX 52009 box (removing vsites) so I can use it as storage here at home.

 

I was able to delete some sites yesterday but then all of a sudden I can no longer delete sites.
