I just checked on a 5209R. The latest RoundCube v1.4.8 works with any
PHP version we currently have in the shop between (and including)
PHP-7.0 and PHP-7.4.10.

It doesn't work with PHP-5.6 or older.

As for how to set up a Vsite to use a specific PHP version please refer
to this guide, which applies to 5209R and 5210R:
