[BlueOnyx:24340] raqbackup - complete restore

Am in the process of reploading a server and
it appears the web pages for raqbackup are no
longer online (http://www.neuhaus-internet.de/cobalt/raqbackup)

Are there any tricks, hints to doing a complete raqbackup
of a server and then a complete restore?

What command to restore once the files are copied back ?
