[BlueOnyx:25066] Problem Lets Encrypt SSL Certificate Subdomain

Hi,
I tried to create an  SSL Certificate via Lets Encrypt using additional
subdomains.
Problem is: only the subdomain is transmitted in the request. The domain and
TLD part is missing.
Subdomain in subdomain within services:
sportabzeichen.tv-xxx.de	/home/.sites/40/site68/vhosts/sportabzeichen

goto SSL -> Lets encrypt.

Tv-xxx.de is displayed
Sportabzeichen.  Is displayed.
