Yes, it has. You can see the ouput of the phpinfo() command of it here:

Search for "imap" in it.

I'm not sure if "osTicket" already works with PHP-8.0, but it sure
should work with the PHP-7.X PKGs that are included in the PHP purchase
from the shop.
