[BlueOnyx:24731] Easy-Migrate: Updated version published

Hi all,

I just published an updated version of Easy-Migrate to the YUM
repositories of 5209R and 5210R.

PHP versions (and methods) are now correctly set on migrations between
5209R and 5210R.

Additionally MySQL database host settings will no longer forcibly
changed to '127.0.0.1' if it was 'localhost' before. The underlying
condition that made this necessary no longer seems to exist.
