[BlueOnyx:25002] Blueonyx Shop Sign Up Fail

Hello.

We are trying to create an account on the Blueonyx Shop.
Wish to buy some add on modules.

We can register on the shop and get a welcome email.
However, when we add items to the basket and go to check out we cant log 
in again.
It says the user / pwd combination is wrong.

Have tried to use a couple of different email addresses now and have the 
same result.

Could anyone help us please.
