Yesterday I had the same on 5210R. I fixed it by

cd /etc/pki/dovecot/certs
cat dovecot.pem ca.pem > new.pem
chmod 600 new.pem
rm dovecot.pem
mv new.pem dovecot.pem
service dovecot restart
