[BlueOnyx:25342] DNS entries using underscore

Good morning all,

We are having some customers complaining that they cannot use underscores in DNS through the GUI.
They contact us and we have to SSH in and update the include file.
More and more providers are now using underscores, which is a pain.

Is there a work around – maybe update what characters are acceptable? Our DNS servers are still 5208R
