Hi,
this will result in SSL certs not being fetched at all but there are remaining domains that shall be served and that also shall have SSL certificates.
Isn't there a best practice for such scenarios? I figure renaming a vhost isn't possible in Blue Onyx.
Is there maybe a way to rename it manually in the backend?

Even if you remove all "Web Server Aliases" from the SSL cert request,
it will still try to renew for the primary name of the Vsite for as long
as "Automatic Renewal" is ticked.
Go to the "Let's Encrypt!" page of that Vsite and uncheck "Automatic
Renewal" and save the changes.
That will exclude the Vsite ftom the automatic renewal attempts.
