I am running 5211R on a Proxmox server.
It didn't want to boot at first,
seems RHEL 9.1/Almanlinux has change the cpu instruction set reqiorements to x86-64-v2 instruction set,
so the kvm64 default no longer works.
It did with previious Almalinux versions.
To get around it I had to select the CPU type as "host" instead of "kvm64".
Not sure if you can do that with OpenVZ but at least it's a clue.
