I hear you, but a change of the network settings of any changes in the 
GUI do not cause any changes (and not even a restart!) of 
admserv-php-fpm) and its configuration remains entirely static.

So I wonder what else cause it.

Do you actually *have* a /run/php-fpm directory?

Or is there any chance that I could login to that system by SSH and take 
a look? That would be most helpful.
