[BlueOnyx:25673] no space left error - but there is!

I have a 5210 where MariaDB will not start. I get an error 
"mariadb.service: Failed to run 'start-pre' task: No space left on 
device".

However there is tons of room on the server, nothing is over quota. I am 
not sure what to do or what to look at.

Anyone see this? Have any suggestions?
