Go back to "Site Management" / <Vsite> / "Services" & "Web 
Applications", click on the button "System Defaults" on top and find the 
checkbox "Reset to All". Mark it and hit save.

That should reset the list of WebApplications that are available to 
Vsites back to the defaults and that new default list should now include 
Wordpress as well.
